Store Policies

Please allow 35-40 business days for order processing, and an additional 3-5 business days for shipping. You must take this into account if you are ordering for a specific date/event. Orders within processing time will not be refunded because the delivery date is past your date/event. Rush orders are available for an additional fee. 

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Please reference size charts on each item for correct sizing. If you have any questions, inquire via info.littleloveyllc@gmail.com prior to purchasing. I will be happy to help in any way I can.

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority with tracking numbers. Little Lovey is not responsible for any lost or stolen mail, or damaged packaging. Optional insurance is available at checkout for an additional cost.

Damage refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your order, reach out within 7 days via email at info.littleloveyllc@gmail.com. Reference your order number in the subject line. Items must be new, tags attached, unwashed, and unworn. Items showing signs of wash or wear will not be accepted for return. DO NOT USE SCISSORS TO OPEN YOUR PACKAGES. ITEMS WITH DAMAGE FROM SCISSORS ARE NOT ELLIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
